Who am I?

My name is Yvette Baggen, the owner of Costa Guarda Property Care.

My career started in the financial sector, where I worked as an advisor for a long time.
After that, I spent several years in various roles in the advertising and marketing industry.

A personal journey to discover what I truly wanted, combined with the courage to pursue my dream,
led to the establishement of my own business on the Costa Blanca in 2023.
A deep-rooted desire, my adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit, excellent project management skills, a friendly and curious nature, and an eye for detail make the perfect mix to be the best Property Caretaker on the Costa Blanca.
